Many people question their relationship with alcohol at some point. This short questionnaire is designed to help you reflect on your current drinking patterns.

Your Results
0–2 “Yes” responses:
Your relationship with alcohol may be within manageable limits, though it can still be helpful to reflect on your drinking habits.
3–5 “Yes” responses:
There may be emerging concerns about your drinking that are worth exploring further.
6+ “Yes” responses:
This may indicate a pattern of alcohol dependency or problematic use, and seeking professional support could be helpful.
